In 2009, this clubhouse for a mobile home community in Dunedin, Florida was remodeled by Tisdale Construction with a large addition to hurricane harden the entire structure. Impact glass, special roofing, wind bracing, hurricane truss tie downs, and a large emergency electric generator were added.
